LP® TopNotch® subflooring is a cost-effective and durable alternative to plywood. It's composed of OSB, which is similar to plywood in that it's made of waterproof, heat-cured adhesives and rectangular-shaped wood strands stacked in cross-oriented layers. As a result, a structural engineered wood panel with many of the same strength and performance qualities as plywood is created.
